Anthony Cheung Bing-leung on How to Boost Hong Kong's Competitiveness: "Cultivate originality and promote quality teaching"

In today's South China Morning Post (page A13), Executive Councillor Anthony Cheung Bing-leung has an editorial in which he calls for more attention to education and the "cultivation of the mind" to boost Hong Kong's competitiveness. Mr Cheung is the incoming president of the Hong Kong Institute of Education.
